How do we work?

Our services are on very high level.

• First step in doing business is a meeting in our head office in Ulcinj. In an interview You as our costumer are obligated to introduce us and tell us about Your interests, property type, location, size and maximum price You are able to pay.
• The second step is Your contact details which we will need, to call You after we separate the collected properties based on your requirements.
• Third step is advance payment of our daily costs which are 100.00 Euro's on our account. the costs are per day, 7 hours on the field. The advance payment is non refundable, except on case of bying the property which is going to be calculated in final provision, which is 3 % from total propertu price.
