RESERVATION PROCEDURE
After You have chosen the accommodation You like and You would like to book, on reservation section fill the fields given on reservation form and send us. After we confirm the availability of accommodation we will send you the advance payment bill with instructions of payment back on your e-mail or fax number. Advance payment is 30 %.
After our bank confirms payment we send You the reservation voucher, which You should take with you and show it at our head office in Ulcinj to anyone from our staff. Since our agency head office is located in the entrance of Ulcinj, it is easier for You to step by at our office and we will then guide You directly to the accommodation you have booked. The rest amount is payed at our reception desk at arrival.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Payment with credit card is the cheapest and the fastest way to book Your wanted accommodation immediately. This procedure should last couple of minutes and e-mails. You send us the chosen accommodation name, You details (reservation section). After the confirmation from our side about the availability of accommodation, we will inform you about the total amount and will ask you for Your credit card details. After we make the payment from your credit card, we send You immediately the reservation voucher and the booking is made. Advance payment is 30 %.
Note: By credit card payments is added 3 % of total amount extra. This is Bank fee.
